Enroll in The Better Body Method (BBM), a comprehensive health education program that addresses individual concerns and tackles wellness from the inside out. Through a series of modules and weekly coaching, The BBM moves you gently, but effectively, through the stages of sustainable change to get you feeling better, looking better and living better.
Consult with me a la carte. If you are looking for a simple nutrition or lifestyle ‘tune-up’, or have a specific singular concern you’d like to discuss, I offer consultations on an individual basis. Please note, this approach is not ideal for complex or long-standing issues but may be effective if you are looking to tweak your nutritional profile or need help in better understanding a particular health condition and how to help it through nutrition or lifestyle changes.
