Thanks for the webinar course Trish! Working with Trish has been a great experience. Initially I was worried about my ability to maintain a nutrition and lifestyle change, but from a grocery store visit to recipes to ongoing pep talks when I got overwhelmed and discouraged, Trish offered all of the support elements I needed to be successful. Our family made permanent changes because of the great start we got with Trish.
I had gastric bypass surgery a few years ago but I had fallen off my habits and regained a lot of weight. I needed someone to help me get back on track and do it in a healthy way.
Right at the beginning, Trish had me get clear on my “Why?” which I found helpful and motivating. She was very encouraging and reiterated this on several occasions to help me keep going and stay focused on what was really important.
I learned a lot about my body and how it responds to food. Trish always made time to answer my questions or encourage me. I never felt like I didn’t have access to her expertise. She is very flexible and helps you figure out what works for you.
The most important things I learned while working with her was that balance, sleep, energy, mindfulness and self-care are all components of good health and without those, you will never get to your goals.
My daughter met with Trish after she was advised by her medical team to seek the advice of a nutritionist for a very serious chronic condition. I was glad to be able to make the introduction as Trish had done many nutrition talks at my club.
When I spoke with my daughter and her husband (who came along to offer support) following the first meeting, they were full of praise for the knowledge and professionalism extended. According to my daughter, Trish has a wonderful combination of knowledge, compassion, empathy, a willingness to help, and good humour in dealing with her clients. It’s given my daughter confidence to help deal with this odious disease. She’s progressing and definitely feeling better. I’m very grateful.

Thank you! You provided a terrific culinary class – it took the mystery out of how to adjust to a gluten-sensitive diet for me. Showing us how to substitute day-to-day ingredients simplified ‘how to go forward’ and made me realize many of the items we used in the GF recipes are already in my pantry. I just needed the ideas on how to use them. The best part is I am now comfortable and confident enough to go GF shopping and produce outstanding tasty meals at home.
I am usually my own worst enemy when personal change is on the menu. And I’m quite cautious of trends and the people that perpetrate them. Luckily, that is not what Trish does. She is a kind and professional person who helped me get rid of a significant % of my body fat over a 4-month period. She also helped me repair my sleep and look at life in a different way.
If you are looking for a start to an endgame that is healthy and enlightening educationally, this is where you want to be. Unless you understand the whole picture of what will get you to your goals and have someone like Trish there to coach you through the tough parts, you will rebound or worse, end up farther behind than before. The investment in my nutrition and health was absolutely worth it.
I love to eat healthy and feel I am well informed about nutrition but after one of Trish’s culinary classes I feel elevated to a new level. And armed with a boatload of great recipes that are easy to incorporate into daily cooking and eating. I’ve become addicted to marinated tempeh, socca, groovy gravy and raw vegan ‘cream’ sauce for pasta. Oh, and did I mention, the discovery of kelp noodles? Wow! All so good.
Trish’s program is so easy and so effective. One thing for sure, it is in my life to stay.
Before I was frustrated and my relationship with food was very negative. I was always comparing myself to others and feeling like I was not able to lose weight. Now I feel empowered and so happy that I have finally come to terms with this very important part of my life. The battle is over and done with. Today, I eat right, exercise and thus take care of myself as I have never ever have in my life. The most valuable thing is that I have learned to LOVE myself and to ACCEPT myself for who I am. I feel strong and beautiful and this feeling has made me a person that I love.
The program also gave me so much energy from day 1. As an example, I am 61 and an avid power-walker. Recently over a 4 day period on 8 consecutive weeks, I walked the equivalent of 8 half marathons! Had I not changed the way I ate and lived according to this program, I never would have been able to accomplish this.

Eating healthy sounds simple enough but if you aren’t skilled it can be quite overwhelming. This sense of overwhelm is magnified exponentially when you are a caregiver to someone who is sick and you feel a tremendous amount of pressure to be making the right nutritional choices. That’s why I immediately contacted Trish when a very important person in my life was diagnosed with a serious illness.
Working with a dedicated and knowledgeable holistic nutritionist alleviated so much stress. We were making a drastic change - we had to! - but Trish’s approach broke it down into small steps.
It was unbelievably helpful to sit down with her and map out a plan we could follow. We are so grateful for her calm, her ideas, her confidence that we could make the changes we needed to step by step.
Our health crisis is now happily behind us. I know that our positive nutritional changes went a long way to helping us with our happy ending and I am so grateful to Trish for the support and advice she gave us.
