After consulting with Trish, my partner and I were able to work on realistic lifestyle changes and adjustments to help us meet our fitness and weight goals.  The results of the plans that she built for us were immediate!  Energy levels soared, bellies trimmed, fat started to drop and after a few months I can happily say I have never felt better in my life.  Trish, thank you for being there and allowing us both to accomplish so much!

Trish’s program is so easy and so effective. One thing for sure, it is in my life to stay.

Before I was frustrated and my relationship with food was very negative. I was always comparing myself to others and feeling like I was not able to lose weight. Now I feel empowered and so happy that I have finally come to terms with this very important part of my life. The battle is over and done with. Today, I eat right, exercise and thus take care of myself as I have never ever have in my life. The most valuable thing is that I have learned to LOVE myself and to ACCEPT myself for who I am. I feel strong and beautiful and this feeling has made me a person that I love.

The program also gave me so much energy from day 1. As an example, I am 61 and an avid power-walker. Recently over a 4 day period on 8 consecutive weeks, I walked the equivalent of 8 half marathons! Had I not changed the way I ate and lived according to this program, I never would have been able to accomplish this.

I had gastric bypass surgery a few years ago but I had fallen off my habits and regained a lot of weight. I needed someone to help me get back on track and do it in a healthy way.
 
Right at the beginning, Trish had me get clear on my “Why?” which I found helpful and motivating.  She was very encouraging and reiterated this on several occasions to help me keep going and stay focused on what was really important.
 
I learned a lot about my body and how it responds to food.  Trish always made time to answer my questions or encourage me.  I never felt like I didn’t have access to her expertise. She is very flexible and helps you figure out what works for you. 

The most important things I learned while working with her was that balance, sleep, energy, mindfulness and self-care are all components of good health and without those, you will never get to your goals.

Working with Trish has been a great experience. Eating healthy sounds simple enough but if you aren’t skilled it can be quite overwhelming. This sense of overwhelm is magnified exponentially when you are a caregiver to someone who is sick and you feel a tremendous amount of pressure to be making the right nutritional choices. That’s why I immediately contacted Trish when a very important person in my life was diagnosed with a serious illness.
Working with a dedicated and knowledgeable holistic nutritionist alleviated so much stress. We were making a drastic change – we had to! – but Trish’s approach broke it down into small steps.
It was unbelievably helpful to sit down with her and map out a plan we could follow. We are so grateful for her calm, her ideas, her confidence that we could make the changes we needed to step by step.
Our health crisis is now happily behind us. I know that our positive nutritional changes went a long way to helping us with our happy ending and I am so grateful to Trish for the support and advice she gave us.

We are a very busy executive couple, working long hours with lots of pressure. Trish presented several wellness seminars at our workplace for our whole team and from there – we knew we needed her help. Our goal was to feel better overall: have more energy, less stress, invest in our future health for ourselves and to keep up with our young children.

I have thrown money at my health in the past on gimmicks and diet stuff and this was a much better investment. I found it very rewarding for me to set aside one night as ‘my night’ and just focus on the course materials. I had never done anything like that before and I realized that if you make the time, it can happen.  And I love love love the Facebook community.
